John Grant
Executive Chairman
John brings significant experience in the technology sector, business operations and Board leadership. He has held positions including Inaugural Chair of the Australian Rugby League Commission from 2012 to 2018 and Managing Director and CEO of ASX listed technology company, Data#3 Limited, from 1996 to 2015. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Uniquest Pty Ltd, the commercialisation company of the University of Queensland, and Stadiums Queensland, the owner and operator of the Queensland Government’s $1.8 billion investment in elite and community stadia and entertainment assets.

Scott Lidgett
Non-Executive Director
Scott has been in the IT industry since the mid-1980s and holds formal qualifications in Engineering. He is a Co-founder of Lidcam Technology and Channelworx and prior to these positions he worked in corporate sales at Logical Solutions, the leading reseller of Apple products at the time. Channelworx, a leading IT distribution business, was acquired by US-listed IT giant Avnet in November 2007. In November 2009, Scott was involved in the formation of a new IT security business, IPSec, where he also serves as Chairman and Managing Director.

Paul MacRae
Non-Executive Director
Paul has a successful history of setting up new businesses in the IT industry in Australia and overseas. Since moving to Australia in 1989, he has been involved with the IT industry in various senior roles. Paul also runs part of the largest listed Australian enterprise software company, TechnologyOne. Paul has a strong background in IT security, application software, software development, outsourcing, cloud computing and transactional systems. His roles have included establishing MessageLabs in Australia, Galileo in New Zealand, setting up and selling a successful SAP Consultancy and growing business at a leading HRMS software company.

David Acton
Non-Executuve Director
Mr Acton has had extensive experience leading high performing teams and securities businesses in Australia and overseas and has an in depth understanding of institutional investors and capital markets. Since 2017, Mr Acton has been a Senior Advisor at Rothschild Australia with a focus on Equity capital markets. Prior to 2017, Mr Acton spent 25 years at global Investment banks with roles in equity research, distribution and capital markets. Between 2000 and 2016, Mr Acton worked at Goldman Sachs in New York, Singapore and Sydney as an equity specialist advising institutional investors. From 2006 to 2016, Mr Acton was a partner at Goldman Sachs JBWere and a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs where he held board and risk committee roles.
